The founder
Hi there, I’m Myriam.
As a French interior designer for 18 years, I’ve dedicated my career to both creating unique interiors and teaching interior design.

I founded France’s first accredited Interior Decorating certification program for career changers and authored a book. After successfully selling my design school in 2023, I created Alna Design to bring affordable, professional-quality interior design and decorating online courses to students worldwide.
Splitting my time between France and the US (where part of my family is native), I’m excited to share all my knowledge and experience with you and bring a unique perspective to interior design study.
My teaching approach combines proven interior design principles with practical, project-based techniques that deliver unique and elegant transformations, all influenced by my French heritage. Whether you’re decorating your home or launching a professional design career, my step-by-step interior design methodology makes learning both practical and enjoyable!
