The founder

Hi, I’m Myriam.

I’m a French interior designer and life coach with 18 years of experience — helping people create beautiful spaces and improve their everyday lives.

I founded France’s first certified interior decorating training for career changers, and I also published a book. After successfully selling my design school in France, I created ALNA DESIGN® — not just to teach interior design online, but to offer a holistic lifestyle approach inspired by the art of French living.

At ALNA DESIGN®, everything begins with your living space. From there, we explore how to enhance your self-image, nutrition, stress management, and daily rituals — because feeling good in your home is the first step to feeling good in your life.

My method is practice-based, filled with real-life case studies, and always infused with my French heritage. In 2025, I launched my first masterclass: a complete and immersive experience where you’ll learn interior decorating online through a real behind-the-scenes project. Whether you want to decorate your own space or discover what it’s like to become an interior decorator, this masterclass is the perfect place to start.

In 2026, more themed masterclasses will be released — each one designed to bring you closer to a home and lifestyle you love.

On a personal note, I divide my time between France and the USA, where most of my family lives. My academic background includes a degree in interior design, a psychology degree, and certifications in nutrition coaching and personal development — including NLP and transactional analysis. I’m also a former gymnast and a lover of all things joyful: good food, long walks, and spending time with people I love.
